Research Cases
  • Challenge: Evaluate product discoverability, navigation clarity and comprehension of yield conditions following changes to CoinHold's product structure.
Approach: 10 moderated usability tests covering product discovery, yield information, liquidity restrictions and key actions. Analyzed task completion, navigation errors and users' understanding of financial terms and risks.

  • Challenge: Assess whether users understand reward mechanics, referral conditions and can complete key tasks without assistance.
Approach: 10 moderated usability tests using real account scenarios. Evaluated reward discoverability, referral flows, task completion, navigation errors and comprehension of incentive mechanics.
Outcome: Validated key user flows and recommended improvements to reward visibility, referral attribution, terminology and navigation before development.
  • Challenge: Identify behavioral and UX barriers preventing users from completing purchases and uncover opportunities to improve paywall conversion.
Approach: Combined funnel and behavioral analysis, user segmentation, UX audits, competitive benchmarking and previous A/B test results. Developed and prioritized hypotheses around value communication, purchase motivation, cognitive friction and checkout decisions.
